• The HFS Short Demining Vest (SDV) works on a multiple sizing option system for fitment. Available sizes include: Medium. Large, XL & XXL
• Each HFS SDV has multi-adjust system allowing for optimum fitment for the wearer
• The HFS Short Demining Vest offers a lightweight practical protection of the torso front and sides, shoulders, neck and groin
• The Double Safety Collar is designed to integrate with the HFS Demining Visor and HFS Demining Helmet so that there is always a constant overlap thus ensuring there is no potential ingress of fragmentation or blast related effect
• The shoulders and groin area have coverage as well protecting both the brachial and femoral arteries
• Utility pouch on the front optional
Materials:
• Outer cover is made from hardwearing1000 denier Cordura® fabric
• Inner liner is made from comfort Poly Cotton
• Protective materials comprised multilayer panels of 190g Aramid enclosed in water resistant nylon casing
• SDV comes with standard protection level of V50 @ 450m/s against the 17grain FSP according to STANAG 2920. Protection upgrade available
• Apron designed and tested against 240gr simulated AP mine
• Apron designed to give protection according to *IMAS 10.30 specifications
• Demining Aprons and Visors are supplied in a Backpack carry bag as standard
